I think the most important thing to do when just starting to dabble in magic, is to learn a few simple magic tricks that can be done without having to use any gimmicked apparatus or special props. I mean magic tricks that can be done using ordinary items that can often be borrowed and handed out for examination after the miracle has been performed.

This can be really stunning for any lay audience, as they are so used to seeing magic tricks and illusions on TV and video, where fancy and often expensive props are used and also where camera tricks and clever editing are used to create a more exciting TV program.

Can you possibly learn how to do magic tricks without spending a great deal of money for these secrets?

Yes, that's why I suggest learning some simple magic tricks with ordinary everyday objects that can often be borrowed and then freely handed out for examination. Ordinary everyday items like coins, pens, banknotes and such like, appear to be beyond any suspicion of trickery and doing magical things with them is so very effective and yet often very simple.

There are plenty of simple magic tricks that are specifically for beginners and are perfect for everyone. It doesn't take much to be successful with beginner magic tricks. It may look difficult but that is precisely the point. The magician's object is to master the art of illusion and do his, or her, best in making their audience believe the illusion. That is all wrapped in the ability to do certain secret maneuvers therefore making the magic trick possible. This sounds harder than it is and you will see that when you try your first magic trick.

There are many beginner magic tricks out there to choose. "The lighting of a Used Match" is one of the amazing beginner magic tricks to start with. It's simple and at the same time thrills your audience. But practice is important. To perform this trick you need a candle and a matchbox with a few matches inside.

Say to your audience that you are going to light the candle and so. you open the match box to take out a stick. But you are shocked to find that all matches in the box are used. You, then, tell your audience how bad you feel that you have found that people have put used matches back in the box. And also say to them that, even with these used matches, you can light up the candles. You then light the match by striking it against the box. The audience upon seeing this trick will be amazed.

The trick is in the match sticks. All you have to do dip the strikinging end of the matches in black ink or mark them end using black marker and now the match look like a burned one. The rest is your acting and practice. There you go, you have now successfully performed an easy beginner magic trick with just a candle, a box of matches and black ink.

Many beginner magic tricks are there to learn which you can perform using many objects like cards, coins, straw, matches, dice and so on. If you want to be a magician pick easy beginner magic trick and practice, after successfully performing those beginner magic tricks, move on to more difficult ones. Knowing some basic magic tricks comes in handy at a boring party or just while you are hanging out with some close friends
